The Yolo County District Attorney's Office charged the driver of Friday's fatal accident at County Road 102 and Interstate 5 with second-degree murder. Sacramento resident Ryan Scott Baird, 22, was arraigned Wednesday in Yolo Superior Court. Through attorney Monica Brushia with the Public Defender's Office, he pleaded not guilty.
