Trial begins for Franklin woman charged in Route 1 crash that killed South Brunswick teen
MIDDLESEX COUNTY — After dropping off a friend, a Franklin woman drove drunk and sped north on Route 1 for more than three miles, nearly hitting other cars and the center median before the December 2007 crash that killed a college freshman from South Brunswick, a prosecutor told a jury on Thursday.
